Mixers
Mixers are jets used to intimately mix two fluids. They can combine 2 functions: mixing and heating when the driving fluid is steam.
They often operate with several people in a tank.
We offer several types:
- In-line mixer
- Submerged mixer
Details Mixers
The mixer is used to stir liquids in a tank. Combined with steam, air or by simple pumping in a closed loop, mixers can be used for the following applications.
Submerged mixer : Heating and mixing
- Combined with a steam production system, the mixer stirs and heats the liquid in the tank. Injected into the circuit, the steam then condenses on contact with the contents.
Submerged mixer : Liquid oxygenation
- Combined with an air intake chimney, the mixer agitates and oxygenates the contents of the tank.
Submerged mixer : Agitation
- Combined with a closed-circuit pumping station, the mixer simply agitates the contents of the tank.
