In-line heaters

• Multi-hole nozzle in simplified diffuser.
• With condensation nozzle in special diffuser.
• With multiple nozzles for highly viscous or even slushy liquids.

The latter two types provide efficient heating while reducing noise levels and the phenomena of water hammer and vibration. In addition, to prevent the liquid from flowing back into the steam chamber through the diffusion holes, the steam pressure must always be higher than the liquid pressure.

We can also supply Venturi-type heaters in which the steam pressure can be less than or equal to the pressure of the fluid to be heated.

Submerged heaters

• They are mounted directly in the tank of the product to be heated, and also produce agitation to ensure product homogeneity, see also Immersed mixers.
