Condensers

Depending on the application of our steam ejector vacuum generators, surface condensers or mixing condensers are used between stages and on the vents:

• Surface condensers, with no contact between the process gas and the cooling fluid, prevent pollution of the cooling fluid and minimise liquid discharges.
• Mixing condensers, with contact between the process gas and the cooling fluid, are mainly used for gases that are charged (dust, crystals, etc.) or present risks of fouling or polymerisation.

The use of multi-stage vacuum groups with several inter-stage condensers optimises motive steam consumption.
